Our client in Minchinbury is a leader in industrial electrical, automation, and connectivity solutions. They are seeking a Wire Harness Assembler to join their team and help manufacture and assemble electrical wire harnesses and cable assemblies to high standards.
What you will be doing
- Assemble wire harnesses and cable assemblies to engineering drawings
- Carry out wire cutting, stripping, crimping, and terminating
- Perform labelling, bundling, and final assembly tasks
- Conduct inspections to ensure product quality
- Maintain accurate production records
- Report quality issues and material shortages promptly
- Keep workstations and tools clean and organised
- Follow safety and quality procedures
What we are looking for
- Experience in manufacturing or assembly work (electrical assembly experience desirable)
- Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
- Ability to read and follow instructions and drawings
- Team player with the ability to work independently
- Commitment to safety, quality, and production targets
