Our client, based in Penrith, is seeking an experienced and reliable Welder to join their team. This is a great opportunity offering long-term stability and a 4-day work week.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform MIG and TIG welding
- Read and interpret technical drawings
- Cut, grind, and prepare materials for welding
- Inspect and repair metal components and equipment
- Operate welding and fabrication tools safely
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Requirements
- Proven welding/fabrication experience
- Ability to read technical drawings
- Strong attention to detail and workmanship
- Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused
- Relevant trade qualifications preferred
Preferred
- Forklift licence
- Experience in construction, manufacturing, or heavy industry
- Australian trade qualification

- Casual hourly rate $40-$42 per hour (depending on experience) + Super
