TIG Welder

We are currently seeking TIG Welders to join a busy manufacturing team based in Penrith.
This role requires proven TIG welding experience. Candidates must have hands-on TIG welding skills, preferably working with stainless steel sheet metal. Experience in food and beverage equipment manufacturing, automotive exhaust fabrication, custom hot rods, or similar stainless steel fabrication environments will be highly regarded. Please note that experience in MIG, Stick, or other welding processes alone will not be considered suitable for this position.

To be successful, you will have:

• TIG welding experience
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience working with stainless steel, sheet metal, or fabrication equipment is advantageous
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings is highly regarded

• Day Shift: Monday to Thursday | 6:30 AM – 4:30 PM
• Casual hourly pay: $48 – $50 (depending on experience) + Super + OT
