About the role:
Located in Arndell Park, our client is looking for Production Supervisor/Team Leader to supervise the manufacturing and assembly processes of switchboard wiring harnesses & labelling.
The candidate should be an experienced leader who has the ability to manage. motivate and support the production team.
Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Production planning
- Cable manufacturing supervision
- Label creation
- Team management
- Maintaining quality standards
Ideally, the successful candidate will have:
- At least 1-2 years of supervisory experience in a similar industry
- Familiarity with cable cutting and crimping tools
- Strong ability to work independently
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Good computer skills

- Casual hourly rate $50 – $55 ph dep on experience + Super
- Temp role with view to permanency for the right person
- Monday to Friday; 7:00 am – 3:00pm
