About the Role: We’re seeking a full-time qualified Landscaper to join our growing team who is able to contribute to high-quality landscaping projects, collaborate with clients to design landscaping projects that balance aesthetics, functionality, and budget, and manage junior staff and contractors to ensure timely completions.

The Key Responsibilities for this role will be
- Hardscaping Construct retaining walls, pathways, patios, and paved areas
- Soft scaping e.g.: Design and implement irrigation systems to ensure proper plant hydration.
- Maintenance Conduct routine landscaping maintenance such as weeding, pruning, and mowing
- Design and Planning Create plans and layouts using landscaping tools or design software
- Teamwork and Coordination Work closely with team members and subcontractors to ensure project success.
- Safety and Compliance Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized worksite.
- Customer Service Ensure projects are delivered on time and exceed client expectations.
What you will bring:
- Certificate III in Landscape Construction or Certificate III in Horticulture (Landscape)
- Proven experience in landscaping, including construction and maintenance.
- A team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- A commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
- Valid driver’s license (essential).
