Powder Coating Foreman

We’re currently seeking an experienced and hands-on Powder Coating Foreman to join our client’s team in Penrith. This is a key leadership role suited to someone who can step in with confidence, take full ownership of the powder coating department, and drive both team performance and production outcomes from day one.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, supervise, and support the powder coating team on a daily basis
• Plan and manage production schedules to ensure deadlines are consistently met
• Maintain strict quality control standards across all work
• Train, mentor, and upskill team members to improve capability and output
• Monitor workflow, identify inefficiencies, and implement process improvements
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety standards and procedures

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in powder coating, ideally in a supervisory or foreman role
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to train and develop staff
• Solid experience managing production workflows and meeting targets
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Reliable, proactive, and confident taking full ownership of the role

What’s On Offer:

• $85,000 + Super
• 4-day work week (10-hour shifts)
• Permanent, full-time position
