Machine Operator

We are seeking a dedicated Machine Operator to join our Compression Packing Department. This role requires basic manufacturing knowledge, machine operation skills, and, in some cases, handling fibreglass materials.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate machinery following Safe Operating Procedures.
• Work to a manufacturing schedule to meet daily production targets.
• Maintain a clean and organised work area.
• Conduct cycle counts and manage inventory as needed.
• Follow and comply with all company policies and procedures.
• Perform assigned production tasks and short-term assignments as needed.
• And other general warehouse duties as needed.

Requirements:

• Basic manufacturing knowledge and willingness to learn.
• Experience with machine operation
• Computer Skills – MS Office
• Strong attention to detail and adherence to safety standards.
• Team player with a proactive approach.
