Our client provides specialised fabrication and maintenance services at various locations to aviation leaders at Sydney airport sites.

About the role:
The successful applicant will be providing hands on supervision for preventative and reactive maintenance to ensure the smooth running of operations

To be successful in your application for this role, you will require:

  • To be a qualified Electrician.
  • Strong communication abilities to effectively engage with clients and site supervisors.
  • Proficiency in computer operations, including familiarity with CMMS systems, MS Word, and Excel.
  • Hold a current CPR/LVR Certificate.
  • White card.
  • Hold a current Australian driver’s licence.
  • Understanding of PLC controlled Hydraulic and mechanical systems.
  • Can fault find and diagnose electrical and PLC faults.
  • Ability to read electrical schematics.
  • An EWP, Forklift, Working at Heights and Confined Space Ticket will also be an advantage.

The ideal candidate will be capable of fulfilling the responsibilities of this role, which include working 8-hour shifts over a 5-day week, occasional weekend availability, and providing after-hours mobile support on a rotating schedule as needed. Shift patterns may vary depending on customer demands.

All applicants must be prepared to undergo a federal police check and a drug and alcohol screening due to site requirements.
