Our client, one of the leading brands in Industrial Automation and Electrical Engineering Solutions, is looking for a skilled Electrical Engineer with proven experience in developing designs and familiarity with engineering design systems.
The role is based in their office in Macquarie Park with a possibility of remote work for the longer term, with Mondays and Wednesdays in-office.
Your role:
- Produce electrical single line diagram using PowerCad-5 software
- Assist in producing and reviewing the associated cable schedule
- Provide familiarisation and demo in using PowerCad software
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering
- Minimum 1 year experience using the PowerCad-5 software
- Knowledge and experience in designing low voltage switchboards and panels
- Strong technical understanding of electrical engineering
**Familiarity with EPLAN P8 software is an advantage as the client has upcoming projects working on panel layout, electrical schematics, and custom reports on part lists, termination diagrams, and cable schedules.
License for the required software/s will be provided.
