Our client is a well-established commercial maintenance plumbing company servicing a wide range of high-profile sites across Greater Sydney, including fuel locations, government facilities, high-rise commercial buildings, and major retail shopping centres.
With a strong reputation for quality workmanship and reliability, they are committed to delivering solutions that prevent call-backs and keep their clients operating smoothly.
THE ROLE:
They are seeking experienced and qualified Commercial Maintenance Plumbers who are organised, self-motivated, and take pride in their work.
Every day brings a new challenge, from fault finding to problem solving across diverse commercial sites. You must be confident working unsupervised, able to communicate clearly with clients, and comfortable using mobile apps and technology to manage your workflow.
BENEFITS & CULTURE:
- Attractive hourly rates based on experience:
- $38-40/hr (qualified entry level)
- Mid-tier rates in between
- Experienced plumbers up to $50/hr
- Plenty of overtime available, all paid at double time
- $150 on-call allowance per week (rostered approx. every 3 months) + call-outs paid at 4 hours minimum double time

SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS:
- Certificate III in Plumbing (qualified tradesperson)
- Commercial maintenance plumbing experience essential
- Strong fault finding and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and unsupervised
- Excellent communication skills with clients and team
- Competent with mobile apps/technology for scheduling & reporting
- Neatly presented, reliable, and committed to high-quality workmanship
