Our client is currently seeking a Back Dock Supervisor to join their team fulltime!

Reporting to the Factory Manager, you will be responsible for supervising and supporting the back dock employees unloading and loading of hanging stock,
The role involves working outdoors with poultry Livestock and managing the team to ensure best practices are maintained in animal Welfare.
Your role is to maximise opportunities through timely communication with the team, decision making, along with a willingness to be hands on whilst promoting team development and a safe workplace.
Duties Include:
- Supervising and organising rotation of duties within the team
- Setting machines for processing of product
- Managing safe work practices.
- General Operations as directed by management.
- Coordinate pre/ post clean each day.
This Role requires you to have a current Forklift licence and be able to start at 4:00am
Mon – Fri (some Saturdays when required)

- Experience in supervision.
- Leadership skills
- excellent communication skills.
- Ability to apply a hands-on approach to the position.
- Show a desire and an initiative to take ownership of the position.

On Offer is a full-time role with a competitive salary of $80,000+ Super (38hrs P/k + reasonable overtime) and the opportunity to work outdoors with a food provider of Choice.
