I engaged Christina and her team at Worthwhile to find me a very special Nanny to help out with my newborn and my almost 3 year-old son.
Understanding the special brief
The team took a lot of time to get to know me and understand what I was looking for and why.
My requirements were very particular as my son is not only exceptionally active but he is on the ASD spectrum so I needed someone who had the experience and character to bond with and engage him and play a major role and show interest in his continuing development.
I also wanted someone who had experience with newborns, someone proactive, willing to help out around the house and flexible to deal with the unpredictability of our day life at home.

Within a few days I was provided with two very experienced and both very viable candidates to interview – Worthwhile were extremely effective in filtering out anyone that didn’t meet all my specific requirements and narrowing down to two “definite” options.
With a newborn and a mum of two, time is limited and the process was extremely swift and easy for me.
After a tough decision, I have hired a very special lady who has very quickly become a part of our family life. She quite literally ticks all the boxes I was looking for and I’m thrilled to have her on board.
