HC driver/Yards person required for a temp assignment!
Our client in Chipping Norton is looking for an experience HC truck driver for Sydney-Newcastle runs. The role includes container prep and cleaning alongside driving.
Casual role with competitive pay and opportunities for extended hours if you hold extra licences or skills.
About the Assignment
- Driving a truck and dog for container transport Sydney-Newcastle runs (approx. 5-6 hours per day)
- Assist the yards person when required
- Container preparation and cleaning using high pressure washer
- Opportunity to extend the day by assisting in Sydney if you have:
- LF licence with container handling experience
- Welding/repair experience
Requirements
- Valid HC licence
- Experience in operating a tilt tray truck and dog trailer is an advantage
- LF licence with container handling experience (preferred)
- Welding/repair experience (advantageous)
- Strong awareness around WH&S / Safety requirements
- Reliable and available to start ASAP
