2IC Storeperson

We are currently seeking a motivated and capable 2IC Storeperson who is ready to step up into a leadership support role within a busy warehouse and delivery environment.

About the Role
You will work closely with senior team members and support the day-to-day running of store operations. This is a genuine opportunity for someone junior who is eager to prove themselves, take responsibility, and grow into a reliable 2IC position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support daily store and warehouse operations
• Assist with delivery scheduling and prioritisation of outgoing goods
• Help manage production flow for dispatch and logistics
• Make clear, confident decisions when required in the absence of senior staff
• Maintain accurate records and use computer systems effectively
• Communicate with production and delivery teams to ensure smooth operations

What We’re Looking For:

• Must hold a valid LF Forklift Licence
• Strong computer skills and confidence using an MRP system
• Good decision-making ability and common sense under pressure
• Reliable, proactive, and keen to learn
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment

What’s On Offer:

• Casual rate of $41/hour + Super
• 4-day work week, 6:30am – 4:30pm (10-hour shifts)
• Stable, full-time warehouse environment
