About the client:
Our client, based in Frenchs Forest, is one of the largest not-for-profit, community-led organisations supporting participants in both Aged Care and the NDIS. They are seeking someone who can hit the ground running for a short-term, 2-week contract. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail and the ability to manage high-volume, repetitive tasks with accuracy and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Matching purchase orders with invoices
- Performing accurate and efficient data entry
- Supporting general administrative functions as needed
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in an administrative or accounts support role
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Comfortable with repetitive tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organisational and time management skills
